As soon as possible after the occurence of an event that may arise to a claim under the policy, the Insured must:-

1.
Take all reasonable steps to prevent any further loss or damage
2.
Note details of any loss or damage on the carrier's receipt
3.
Notify the insured in writing within two (2) days of delivery detailing all damages and loss sustained
4.
Obtain at least two (2) independent quotations for repairs/replacements

The insured must not authorise repairs or replacements of any insured furniture and effects lost or damaged in transit without the consent of the insurers.

Any claims for property damage must be lodged with carrier at the time of uplift or delivery ONLY.

Late claims will be denied.
